You know your biology well. Women are judged based on looks, by how youthful they look and their wast to hip ratio. And with men, I would also like to add that they are judged on financial success, but more so on their potential to acquire financial success, because their financial success is really a reflection on how much they have realized their potential. At least that's how a woman would understand that on a biological level
